Hello! I figured it’s been a while since I did a tutorial. So here’s one! :D It’s just a very quick eye makeup tutorial I did while taking pictures for this post ~ I know it’s not a crystal clear editorial, but I hope you will like it anyway ^_^

And lastly, just finish up with some Photoshop and it’s done :’)

- Jim Moriarty, BBC’s Sherlock

Hello! Time for an outfit post ~

I recently bought this really cheap dress on sale at Gina Tricot for only 70 SEK (about $10) ^-^ And as you might have noticed, I dyed my hair darker again. I got sick of bleaching my roots all the time ^^;; so now it’s almost back to my natural color.

Although I liked my last hair color, it’s nice to be able to wear my hair extensions again :D and this picture was taken before going to a Slumber Party :D it was so much fun ~

Also, some things I ordered from eBay a while ago (sometime last month I think?) finally arrived! :D

I got this sweater for about $10 (shipping included!). Although I think I’m a bit bigger than the model in the picture because it’s a bit tighter on me.  But I like it!

I also got this Clair Beauty wig (Tan), and I love it! The quality is great and I love the color. It looks so real ~ I didn’t even have to style it except from cutting the bangs to the right length ^-^ It was a bit pricy though, about $40 (but free shipping!), but it was worth it. ^-^ I also ordered a wig for $10, but it hasn’t arrived yet. But when it does, I’ll try to make a review and comparison of both wigs ^-^

Hello! There’s something I’ve been thinking about recently. Usually when I go somewhere I write about the things I do, and mostly about my food experiences. But today I realized that I almost never write anything about my food experiences here in Stockholm, where I live. Those who are following my twitter might have seen some pictures now and then, but I thought I’d make an effort to actually write about some places today ^-^ So here goes! I’m going to write about some recent places where I went to for dinner. Some are a bit pricy and some not-so-pricy ~

All the pictures are taken with an iPhone, and edited with Instagram ^^
feel free to follow me there, Magicuu@Instagram

might be the cutest things I’ve ever seen. ;_;
Now I’m off to celebrate Walpurgis Night :D

… except there’s a more permanent destination – Moriarty

Hello again! so I haven’t had much time for blogging lately. ^^;; but yeah I thought I’d sum up the pas week a bit in this post ^_^ I bought a new top from Ginatricot recently ^^ it’s slowly getting warmer here so I thought I wanted to buy something for the summer ^^;; and this was on sale for only 70 SEK so… yeah.

And decided to switch iPhone cases again ~

the jeans blouse is from somewhere in Shibuya 109 ~

I like to borrow my bf’s sweater ^^;;

some random hair and makeup. wig VS no wig ~

oh and we at TIFF had a dinner meeting yesterday. So I wanted to look like a serious business woman! haha, dunno’ if I pulled it off. But anyway. We had so much delicious food!

We had dinner at a place called Tezukuri Sushi in Hammarby Sjöstad. It’s such a lovely place. and they have umeshu <3

I’ve also been working on some more Uppcon stuff ~ but at least the t-shirts are finished now and ready for print ^^

oh and I went to a Starcraft II event (DreamHack EIZO Open Stockholm) for the first time in my life :’D My boyfriend (and lots of other friend as well) love Starcraft and they had an extra ticket so I decided to come as well. I haven’t really watched that much Starcraft II, and I’ve only played Starcraft I when I was little, but it was actually really fun. ^_^ A swedish guy called Thorzain won, which I think was really cool. He’s such a great player. For second and third place where two guys from South Korea of course :’D but they played really good as well. I’m not that into it yet so I don’t know that many players and so, but I think I’ll try to watch more Starcraft games from now on. ^-^

Hello! I finally decided to do a fashion post update. sort of.. ^^; starting off with a spring outfit from lookbook ~

It doesn’t show in the picture but here in Sweden (in Stockholm at least) we still have lots of snow. x_x typical April weather. but it’s starting to get warmer again <3

I love this blouse/dress thingy I got from Lindex some time ago.
And these boots from Scorett.

Some other random outfits~

whoops, became kinda’ picture heavy ^^; anyway..
spring, please be here soon!

Hello! I’ve been having some Japan-cravings lately, and my solution to that has been to make lots of Japanese food… ^^; so here’s some more! this time I decided to try and make one of my favorite sweets: Melon pan! (メロンパン)

I served it at an easter party later ^_^

To make it, I followed this video recipe:

or watch on Youtube

It was kind of hard to follow the measuring instructions, but I found it easier when using a units converter, for example this one (english) or this one (swedish). I also found a similar recipe that’s in writing instead, if you find it easier to follow ^-^ This was the first time I ever tried to make Melon Pan, and I have to say it wasn’t all that easy to make x_x but I’m happy about the result. They may not be as pretty as the original, but they tasted delicious ~

At the convenient store they usually look something like this:

And here’s mine, fresh out the oven ~

いただきます!

I feel like I’ve had a lack of fashion/make-up/hair posts in a while.. and for that I’m sorry. ^^;; I’ve just been so busy with other things lately. But I usually post some outfits on twitter from time to time. ~

And as you may have noticed (since I usually edit the photos from my phone~)
I’m using Instagram ^^ feel free to follow Magicuu@Instagram

Hi guys! As you may know, we at TIFF.NU have been working on a new website for a while now. And now we’re finally ready for relaunch! This is the first time we’re trying it out, so I hope everything is working :D But if you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact us at any time ^_^

Some random things I made for our site~

Some examples of t-shirt prints that are available in the shop :) At the moment we only make digital t-shirt prints, so the quality is rather limited and color intensity tend to fade over time. but if any T-shirt prints turns out to be a hit, we might be able to begin making 4-color prints as well *_* I would love to do that.

Due to lack of time, we usually don’t do any custom made items anymore, but we do make lots of prints! For example we can print on various phone cases, ipad cases, glasses, headphones (ONTO), tote bags etc. At the time we don’t have many designs for glasses or headphones yet, but we’re working on making more ^_^

Hello! I just remembered that I had a strong craving for Onigiri a while ago, so I spontaneously made some from things I had at home ^^ So I thought I’d share the recipe!

We bought this cute bento from Loft when we were in Tokyo ~

Onigiri Recipe

Begin to cook some rice. To make it perfectly sticky I followed this recipe and made rice for 4 persons.

I didn’t follow the cooking instructions completely though, because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait for the rice to dry. I usually just follow the cooking instructions on the rice package. Also, I added the sauce after the rice had finished boiling, but I think it turned out okay anyway!

When the rice is finished it’s time to make some fillings. For that I decided to use things I had at home, and those things were… chicken, mayonnaise and Okonomiyaki sauce. so that’s what I used ^^; I didn’t have a recipe for this, but I just went with it.

Fry the chicken in a pan together with oil and soy sauce until it’s cooked. Then chop it up into smaller pieces, put it into a bowl and add mayonnaise and sauce. If it seems to dry, just add more mayonnaise or sauce. Although I used the Japanese Kewpie Mayo (I like it the best) and Okonomiyaki sauce, you can use any kind of sauce you like. I think other bulldog sauces would be delicious too.

Now it’s time to make the onigiri! Fill a bowl with cold water (some suggest you stir in a couple teaspoons of salt in it, but I don’t like too much salt so I usually skip that part) Dip your hands in the water before beginning to make each onigiri. This way the rice won’t stick to your hands too much. Then start shaping your onigiri. I decided to make circles and triangles. You can shape it by cupping your hands together and clumping the rice together. When you’ve made a nice shape, make a small hole in the middle and add your filling, then cover with rice and form it into the right shape again. When you’re done you can fold a strip of nori (seaweed) around the onigiri if you like. I made a quick visual guide of this~

And that’s it! いただきます!

Oh and I forgot to take proper pictures of the inside of my onigiri, but here’s a picture I took with my iPhone:
